Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Real Mentor Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using any of our platforms, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and platforms operated by Real Mentor Pty Ltd 146 891 187 23 ("Real Mentor", "we", "us" or "our"), which include:

We refer to each of these as a "Platform" and together as the "Platforms". If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platforms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

​

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

  • You are responsible for the information you provide, and for keeping it accurate and up to date.

  • You are responsible for your login details and for all activity that happens under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.​

3. Subscriptions, fees and billing

​

  • Some Platforms are offered on a paid subscription basis. The price and billing cycle (for example monthly or yearly) are shown at the time you subscribe.

  • Prices are in Australian dollars and, where applicable, include or are subject to GST as indicated at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • Where a free trial is offered (for example, Tax Dump's trial), your subscription begins and billing starts at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

  • We may change our prices from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of any change that affects you, and changes take effect from your next billing cycle.​

4. Cancellations and refunds

​

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals.

  • Unless required by law, payments already made are generally non-refundable, and you will keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.​

5. Platform-specific terms

​

Tax Dump

Tax Dump is a tool to help you capture, organise and track receipts, GST and tax-deductible expenses. It is provided for record-keeping and general information only. Tax Dump does not provide tax, accounting, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a registered tax agent, BAS agent or accountant. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the records you keep and for any figures you report to the Australian Taxation Office or any other party. You should obtain professional advice before relying on any information for tax or financial purposes.
 

Real Proposal

Real Proposal helps you create listing proposals and related documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you enter and produce, and for ensuring your use complies with any real estate, advertising and professional obligations that apply to you.
 

Realitin

Realitin provides lead generation tools for real estate agencies. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, results or business outcomes. You are responsible for using the leads and tools lawfully, including complying with privacy, marketing and spam laws.

6. Acceptable use

​

When using our Platforms, you agree not to:

  • Break any law or infringe anyone's rights

  • Upload harmful, misleading, or unlawful content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts

  • Interfere with, disrupt or overload our Platforms

  • Copy, resell or misuse our Platforms except as permitted by these Terms

7. Your content

​

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create (for example, receipts, proposals and lead data). You grant us the permissions we reasonably need to store, process and display that content in order to provide the Platforms to you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you provide.

8. Intellectual property

​

We and our licensors own the Platforms, including their software, design, branding and content (other than your content). You may not use our trade marks or materials without our written permission.

9. Third-party services

​

Our Platforms rely on third-party services, such as payment processing and hosting. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.

10. Availability

​

We aim to keep our Platforms available and working well, but we do not guarantee they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

11. Disclaimers and consumer guarantees

​

To the extent permitted by law, our Platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we exclude all warranties that are not expressly set out in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

​

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Indemnity

​

You agree to reasonably compensate us for loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platforms, except to the extent the loss is caused by us.

14. Suspension and termination

​

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect our Platforms or other users. You may stop using the Platforms and close your account at any time.

15. Privacy

​

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

​

16. Changes to these terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and the "Last updated" date shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the Platforms after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that place.
